Welcome to Commercial Printers Association of Gippsland’s new website!
The Commercial Printers Association of Gippsland (CPAG) has been going for over 30 years now. We are the only working rural printers association in Victoria.
The people at the first meeting way back then were Frank & Leah Larkin (Larkin Printers, Leongatha), Geoff Mason (Gippsland Trade Printers, Morwell), Trevor Howe & Mick O’Sullivan (LV Printers, Traralgon), Bruce Warren (Warraugul Gazzete, Warragul), Alan & Marg Ferguson (Drouin Commercial Printers, Drouin), Bruce & Leanne Hall (Phillip Island Printers, Phillip Island), Ross Phillips (Diamond Screen Printing, Moe) and Brian Clancey (BJ Clancey & Co, Wonthaggi).
The Association is for printers working out of a commercial premisis in Gippsland. Each of our members have a committment to growing a quality industry in Gippsland.
With up-to-date industry training, pooling of resources (eg. training apprentices), professional lobbying to local governments (to keep work in our respective shire boundries), employing local people and through ethical alliances with each other, we ensure our regional businesses are able to compete on an even keel with our metropolitan counterparts - in fact, we supply nationally!
It’s through our committment to our businesses, passion for our industry and the love of our own local communities that our Association remains strong and our member business win local and national work.
